Goji Elite is a standout in Hong Kong. I train martial arts and have been looking for years for a place that holds an exceptionally high quality of instructors and staff, while also providing a fantastic space and location. The instructors are knowledagble, professional, and take the time to get to know each client personally. With a breadth of classes to choose from on both the fitness and martial arts sides all throughout the day, it’s incredibly convenient to fit into my schedule. When I was injured, everyone at Goji Elite went above and beyond to support me in my recovery. I could not give higher praise or a more genuine and enthusiastic recommendation. My favourite place that I’ve found to train martial arts by far! The coaches are highly skilled and there is a great range of classes to choose from weekly. Both in martial arts and fitness. The staff and the coaches are really friendly and takes the time to get to know you. That’s something I don’t normally find in other gyms. There's a nice mix of people who trains for fighting and people who just enjoys the training and the workout of it. I just love it!

When I met Trish, I thought I knew a lot about fitness and healthy eating. I had been working out for over a decade and had read tons of healthy eating books. After just a few conversations with Trish, my eyes were open to a whole different (AND MUCH BETTER) way of doing things. She changed everything, from the way that I was working out, fixed my form, helped heal my injuries, providing amazing work out plans, and fixed my eating habits, all in easy to understand and simple ways. I've been working with Trish for just under a year now, and the results have been unbelievable. I quickly dropped almost 10 pounds of fat within the first 3 months, then over the following 6, proceeded to gain it all back in muscle. My entire body composition has change in an amazing way in such little time, my posture has improved, and I am healthier than ever.. Even now that I am not longer in the Hong Kong, her fitness and meal planning have me on track and in great shape. If you want someone who knows their stuff, doesn't sugar coat things, and helps you learn along the way, she is the one for you. 11/10, would always recommend.
Trish’s advice has revolutionized my thoughts on Strength & Conditioning and broader aspects of my life. Athletically I seek mobility, strength, endurance and explosiveness I’d struggled to put the pieces together and see improvements across this spectrum; made more complex by a pre-existing spine injury and general ‘fear’ of compound-lifting. Trish’s approach has been to radically simplify, breaking down complexity into chunks I can absorb, move forward with and feel real progress. The combination of learning and positive momentum matters to me. She has gone beyond the training, taking a holistic look at my desire to improve as an amateur-athlete and create a balanced in life. Trish has helped me interpret a series of blood tests and identifies the key areas that are impinging on my quality of life. She’s also a great collaborator - working with the issues raised by my pysio and nutritionist.Trish's coaching - both inside and beyond the S&C programme - has been clear, fact-based and made a sustained material difference.
I joined the Lean & Mean programme at Goji Elite four months ago and absolutely love it!
The structured programme incorporates changing phases that focus on different aspects of strength training, which keep me motivated and engaged. Trish, the programme founder and head trainer, is fastidious about technique, and the level of personal attention within a group setting helps me focus on personal improvement.
Goji Elite provides a great environment to work-out in and a variety of classes to choose from. There's no place else I'd rather start my day!
Goji Elite is the perfect HK neighbourhood gym - accessible and friendly with a variety of high quality classes that cater to all fitness levels and schedules. The instructors, students and community all contribute to a fun, supportive environment that pushes you to improve.
The Lean and Mean program provided excellent value. I was able to combine targeted, personalised weight training and conditioning in the mornings with Muay Thai and other work-outs on evenings and weekends. A few months of training made me leaner, stronger and more flexible. It was the first time I looked forward to going to the gym five-six times a week!
Also one of the gym owners has a French bulldog that makes people really happy.
I started with the free trial MMA for women class, now I'm hooked!
With the MMA program, Matt knows exactly how to encourage, push and entertain me. He's always cheerful and gave me lots of confidence. The infectious positivity is what you need at 7am in the morning. I have been very impressed by the passion of all trainers at Goji Elite. There's a lot of personal interaction between the staff and member. In a group class setting, the coaches remember my weaknesses and strengths and tailor to your own needs. No other gym can beat the atmosphere. Cheers.
I came to Goji Elite for Matt's wrestling and really love his classes. Matt is always ready to show or explain some techs even after or before class or whenever. During class, he always checks that we are doing properly and patiently correct and correct until perfection. Very professional instructor, friendly and nice guy.
I've tried a number of gyms and been to different classes in Hong Kong. From a consumer perspective, Goji Elite is no doubt one of the better gyms available, and definitely my favorite, in terms of price for value, instructor quality, venue, community/experience, and classes offered. I'm particularly drawn to Goji Elite because of the instructors and the community. Youni, a high quality coffee/snack + salad bar located next to the gym, is a godsend when I'm famish after a tough workout, or simply want to indulge in a healthy, but oh myyyy, brownie, banana bread, chocolate tart, or my favorite chunky monkey.
